Pacquiao: PH drug problem ‘beyond imagination’
The Philippines' medication issue is "past creative ability", boxing legend Manny Pacquiao said on Saturday in Tokyo, shielding his hard-liner president's dubious hostile to medication battle.
Pacquiao, a national saint and chose representative, is a prominent supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte's ruthless war on wrongdoing that has left more than 3,700 individuals dead in four months.
"The issue in our nation is past of our desire, past of our creative ability that these unlawful medications in our nation is truly terrible," he said in English at a question and answer session held by the Remote Journalists' Club of Japan.
